What are some things you can do to neutralize backpain?
tried physical therapy cant take pills cause they’re too strong, and side effects suck don’t wanna take pills in general the injection is a last resort. gonna try chiro next…good idea? What are some other things? It’s like a pinched nerve or something. Very bad…Consistent pain.
