My posture is hunched over slightly, and I’ve suffered chronic pain for as long as I can recall. I’ve feel like I’ve exhausted every treatment and technique possible, to help alleviate the discomfort, but with little relief.
Heat Bags, and applying intense pressure on the visibly inflamed areas, relax the muscles a little, but after hearing a little about "Inversion Therapy”,it sparked my interest because it just seemed to make sense. I do know this – that you purchase a device (possibly called an Inversion Table?) and you lay on it (face up on your back). I think you must be strapped to the thing or something,, and it swings upside down, so that you are virtually doing a handstand in the air, and most importantly – has anybody had much success with this Therapy? All information on the topic will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it true that inversion tables can stimulate longer bone/cartilage growth in a growing teen?
