What did you do to relieve your sciatica?

I’m getting ready to get an MRI and my sciatica is just getting worse and worse. I’ve been to two chiropractors and have been taking pain meds and using ice and laying my right side (it’s down my left leg). Anyone able to cure it? Technorati Tags: chiropractors, pain meds, sciatica
