I have been looking for a natural treatment for my lower back pain. The pain is sometimes unbearable, but at others it only aches. I have been doing yoga and pilates, but I still have back pain. The chiropractor helps, but it hurts so much to get an adjustment that i don’t know which is worse. Any suggestions? I’d like to be free of the that the chiropractor charges.

I found this great resource for back pain treatment, including stuff for lower back pain. This healer wrote a book on how to do chiropractic adjustments on yourself, but without cracking! It’s really cool, I had problems with my neck, and now I can just adjust it even if I am waiting at a light or something. The back adjustments are a little more, but I helped my girlfriend a couple of days ago, and she’s fine now. We just followed the instructions and looked at the photos to see how to do it.
It turned out that my neck problem was because I ate too much sugar, believe it or not. Taht’s in the book too. You can download it, and it’s cheaper than a chiropractic visit.
