I have a muscular imbalance in my back, and also what the Chiropractor called a Sway Back. My posture is hunched over slightly, and I’ve suffered chronic pain for as long as I can recall. I’ve feel like I’ve exhausted every treatment and technique possible, to help alleviate the discomfort, but with little relief.
Heat Bags, and applying intense pressure on the visibly inflamed areas, relax the muscles a little, but after hearing a little about "Inversion Therapy”,it sparked my interest because it just seemed to make sense. I do know this – that you purchase a device (possibly called an Inversion Table?) and you lay on it (face up on your back). I think you must be strapped to the thing or something,, and it swings upside down, so that you are virtually doing a handstand in the air, and most importantly – has anybody had much success with this Therapy? All information on the topic will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I need any information on INVERSION THERAPY please everyone! It’s for back pain and you lie upside down?

The inversion tables are great for so many things. My doctor won’t let me get one until he finishes adjusting me, but he said they would help me. I’ve got fibromyalgia and have always had sway back. I think I’ve had back pain for at least 15 years. The cheapest one I found on the internet was $119. There are other, more advanced tables, but they say that the cheap ones works too. I’m thinking about getting one that is about $150 because it is small and compact. I don’t have room for a professional one anyway. Look up inversion tables on the internet and there are so many sites with different prices. The funny thing is that most of the tables are the same brand, so I’d look at price as the main factor. Hope you can get relief. I’m excited about getting one in a few months.
