,the pain started on the right side of my upper back it hurts when I swallow or move certain ways also a bit when i breath does anyone have an idea of what’s going on with me.

Gas build up (an example only) can sometimes cause some of the pain that you are describing but because of how it is also affecting your breathing at times I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
