Back pain relief from heavy backpacks?

My bookbag is always too heavy and it has been that way since elementary school. I pack correctly, use both shoulder straps (and they are quite wide), and I only bring home what I need. Still, my bookbag weighs 30-50 lbs. I go to the chiropractor a lot but of course it’s only temporary. My back is always way out of alignment when I go and I’ve already had problems with hurting myself by just bending over (without the bookbag). I don’t want to be humpbacked by the time I start college. Is there anything I can do for more permanent relief? I don’t know what else to do, but I would like to be able to move in the future.
plus i forgot to mention i can’t really use a rolling bookbag because i am up and down stairs all day. i’ve had them in previous schools and they were wonderful. sorry i forgot that.

They make the coolest looking back packs now that have wheels. The wheels can be hidden and you can use it as a regular back pack also.
They cost a bit more, but it would be so worth the extra$$
